Bond Girls at Julien MacDonald SS2016
Back to a Nineties glamour at Julien Macdonald Spring 2016. Val Garland for L’Oréal Paris took her inspiration from Peter Lindberg pictures where super models were super hot in glossy skin and matte black eyes.
Super Liner Smokissime lined the lash line working as a base for Super Liner Perfect Slim and the shadow Color Riche in Ombre Pure. The smoky look was then highlighted with a touch of Infallible Lip Gloss in Say Seychelles for a vinyl finish (something that can work only on the catwalks since the gloss will melt the colour down within seconds).
Skin was perfected with the well-known True Match Foundation while lips were kept nude with Color Riche in Doutzen’s Nude.
On the counterpart, Syd Hayes created a wet hairstyle that matched both the Balinese references of the collection and the Bond Girl vibe of the makeup.
