Never underestimate the power of hydration
There’s a new lotion with which I’m deeply in love, it’s Chanel’s Hydra Beauty Lotion in its Very Moist version, a concentrate of water ready to be absorbed by your skin. If you didn’t know, a well hydrated skin is a healthy skin, and an healthy skin is a younger looking one. So let’s amp up our moisture game with this new groundbreaking lotion which idea comes straight form the Asian beauty routine.
Be aware, Chanel Hydra Beauty Lotion is not a mere lotion, it is more, is the prelude to every beauty ritual so you shouldn’t consider it as an additional (boring) step, but as that non-plus-ultra that will strengthen your skin making it look healthier, radiant and suppler. In fact, Hydra Beauty Lotion was created to balance the skin, to protect its barrier function in order to make it more receptive to the benefits of the following skincare product. It is meant to be applied after cleansing, with a cotton pad or directly with fingers but, honestly, I find it very useful even during the day. Yes, I’m that kind of mum that in the morning runs out with a veil of makeup (mascara and blush) and that, before lunch or before dinner, wants to add some flawlessness to her look. Here is where Hydra Beauty Lotion comes in handy: I apply it straight on my skin, dabbing gently with my fingertips and then I put on my makeup. It’s not a primer, I know, but with it my skin feels so soft and supple that I really can’t get enough of it. Truth to be told the Hydra Beauty Lotion Very Moist and the Micro Sérum are not the only products of the Hydra Beauty range on which I swear by. They are my favorite yes, but the Hydra Beauty Flash and the Hydra Beauty Micro Gel Yeux are two other recently released miracles that you should definitely try. The Micro Serum for the eyes is a weightless yet concentrated formula that delivers continuous hydration (a.k.a. luminosity and smoothness) to the eye area, minimizing the appearance of first signs of aging. C'è una nuova lozione di cui sono perdutamente innamorata, è la Hydra Beauty Lotion di Chanel nella sua versione Very Moist, un concentrato di idratazione per la pelle pronto all’uso. Forse non lo sapevate ma una pelle ben idratata è una pelle sana e una pelle sana è una pelle giovane. Quindi perché non dare una chance in più al nostro incarnato con questa lozione innovativa che, guarda caso, prende proprio spunto dalla beauty routine delle donne asiatiche (e loro si che la sanno lunga in tema di skincare).
Hydra Beauty Lotion di Chanel non è un semplice lozione, è di più, è il preludio ad ogni rituale di bellezza, è quel non plus ultra in grado di rendere la pelle più forte, facendola apparire più sana, radiosa, piena ed elastica. Si, è uno step in più nella beauty routine ma credetemi, ne vale veramente la pena. Non per niente, Hydra Beauty Lotion è stata creata per bilanciare la pelle, per proteggere la sua naturale funzione di barriera al fine di renderla più ricettiva ai benefici dei trattamenti successivi e proprio per questo deve essere usata dopo la pulizia con un batuffolo di cotone o direttamente tamponata con le dita. La sua texture in gel è semplicemente perfetta, è ricca e densa ma appena tocca la pelle si trasforma in una consistenza acquosa che risveglia sin da subito l’incarnato e che si assorbe in un batter d’occhio. Non è pesante e non lascia la pelle lucida ma la trasforma conferendole una luminosità intrinseca. Infatti anche se la Maison Chanel consiglia di utilizzarla durante la beauty routine (dopo la detersione e prima dei trattamenti) io la trovo molto utile anche durante il giorno. Sì, sono quel tipo di mamma che la mattina scappa fuori di casa con un velo di trucco (mascara e blush a dir tanto) e che, prima di pranzo o prima di cena, vuole darsi un tono in più. E qui è dove Hydra Beauty Lotion casca a pennello: la applico direttamente sulla pelle, picchiettandola delicatamente con la punta delle dita e poi procedo con il trucco. Non è un primer, sappiatelo. È “solo” un gesto che conferisce freschezza anche agli incarnati più stanchi e che riempie il viso di luce (e acqua, facendo sparire le sottili rughe di disidratazione e stanchezza). Non usando io fondotinta di giorno è perfetta per risvegliare l’incarnato prima di procedere al makeup.
Come ho già detto, ne sono profondamente innamorata, la considero la mia salvezza cosi come l’Hydra Beauty Micro Sérum, un must di cui ho già decantato tutte le lodi.
A dirla tutta l'Hydra Beauty Lotion Very Moist e l’Hydra Beauty Micro Sérum non sono gli unici prodotti della gamma Hydra Beauty su cui metterei una mano sul fuoco. Sono i miei preferiti, sì, ma l'Hydra Beauty Flash e l'Hydra Beauty Micro Gel Yeux sono altri due miracoli appena lanciati che consiglio proprio di provare. Il Micro Gel Yeux per gli occhi è una formula altamente concentrata e letteralmente senza peso che fornisce idratazione continua (pseudonimo luminosità e morbidezza) al contorno occhi, riducendo al minimo la comparsa di primi segni di invecchiamento. L'Hydra Beauty Flash è, invece, una vera innovazione in termini di bellezza, è un trattamento d'urto on-the-go per pelli stressate che offre un'idratazione immediata con un effetto levigante, che attenua le imperfezioni e riduce i pori. Il plus? Si può usare come e quando si vuole!
